A delicious and easy recipe for juicy chicken thighs baked in a creamy Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
7. Place the chicken thighs back in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
