Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (basil, thyme, or parsley)
  • 4 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a medium-sized heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chopped ripe tomatoes and cook until softened, about 8–12 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer; cook for 10–15 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in cream, season with salt, pepper, and herbs; adjust seasoning as needed.
