Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
