Ingredients

  • 3 packages ramen noodles
  • 20 frozen dumplings
  • 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat until it smells nutty.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
