Description
A cozy breakfast bowl that combines crispy tater tots, melty cheddar, savory bacon, sautéed peppers, and eggs for a delicious morning treat.
Ingredients
4 cup frozen tater tots
4 large eggs
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
2. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving some grease in the pan.
3. Add diced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan, cooking to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Divide the crispy tater tots into bowls and top each with shredded cheddar, bacon, sautéed peppers, and a cooked egg.
6. Garnish with sliced green onions and optional red pepper flakes, serving immediately.
