Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2. Rinse the potato cubes under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
