Description

Transform humble mushrooms into a crispy, flavorful snack using an air fryer. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. 3. If using, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms and mix lightly.
  4. 4. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. 5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are golden and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
