Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. 2. Cut the ribs into sections if desired.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  4. 4. Rub the seasoning mix generously over both sides of the ribs.
  5. 5. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. 7. Cook the ribs for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. 8. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C).
