Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin fries. Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
4. Remove the fries from the oven. Top them with the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Return the fries to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
