Crunchy, spicy, and cheesy, these Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Sticks are the ultimate snack for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, cut into sticks
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Wrap a piece of mozzarella cheese with buffalo chicken and then with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  3. 3. Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs (mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper) in separate shallow bowls.
  4. 4. Dredge the chicken-wrapped mozzarella sticks in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. 6. Fry the breaded mozzarella sticks for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, working in batches.
  7. 7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce.
