Delicious sliders filled with crunchy chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, tangy ranch, and crispy bacon, perfect for weeknight dinners or parties.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
12 slider buns
1 cup shredded lettuce
Sliced tomatoes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C). Let chicken rest, then shred.
2. For homemade buffalo sauce, whisk together 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, 1 tsp garlic powder, and vinegar (optional).
3. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated. Set aside.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and toast the bottom halves of the slider buns for 2-3 minutes.
5. Assemble sliders with buffalo chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing on the bottom buns. Top with bun tops and press gently.
6. Serve hot with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on the side if desired.
