Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh mushrooms
  • All-purpose flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and slice the mushrooms to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. 2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. 3. Dip each mushroom slice in flour, followed by eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan to about 1/2 inch deep over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
