Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 slices Bacon
1/2 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast, honey BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is well coated.
3. Flatten a piece of refrigerated biscuit dough to about 4 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center, followed by a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella and crumbled bacon. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing tightly.
4. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter before baking for extra crispiness.
