Deliciously crispy chicken wings coated in ranch seasoning, baked to perfection without the mess of frying.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place an oven-safe wire rack on top.
  2. 2. Thoroughly dry the wings using paper towels.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, toss the dried wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss lightly.
  5. 5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  6. 6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. 7. In the last 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 425°F.
  8. 8. Once baked, transfer the wings to a bowl and toss with ranch seasoning mix.
  9. 9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
