Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather your equipment and ingredients.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. 3. Layer the black beans, kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the chili seasoning over the mixture.
  5. 5. Place the cream cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. 6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for about 4 hours.
  7. 7. Once cooked, shred the chicken inside the slow cooker and stir everything to combine. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
