Ingredients

  • 3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
  2. 2. Layer the frozen pierogies in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. 3. Scatter the sliced kielbasa over the top, then dot the cream cheese cubes throughout the dish.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over everything.
  5. 5. Pour the chicken broth over the layers, ensuring all ingredients are covered. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Cover the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Stir halfway through.
