Description

Delicious homemade Crumbl Cookies that are soft, chewy, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 70 g Brown Sugar
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 115 g Butter (melted)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 220 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 90 g Butter (softened)
  • 90 g Cream Cheese
  • 250 g Icing Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Mix the brown sugar, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the plain flour, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix and stir until well combined.
  5. 5. Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  7. 7. Make the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar together until creamy and smooth.
  8. 8. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before frosting them with the cream cheese frosting.
