Ingredients
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pound Ground Beef
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 medium Tomato
1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
3. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crisp low-carb tortillas on both sides and set aside.
4. Assembly: Layer beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheddar, and cilantro on each crispy tortilla. Optionally add jalapeño slices.
5. Fold tortilla edges over filling to create a wrap, seam-side down in the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
6. Serve cut in half diagonally with additional toppings.
