Ingredients

  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup self-rising flour (for streusel)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (for streusel)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup self-rising flour (for batter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. In a bowl, use a fork to stir together the brown sugar, self-rising flour, and softened butter until crumbly. Stir in the oats and pecans. Set the streusel topping aside.
  3. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, sugar, and milk until blended. Whisk in the melted butter, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
