Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. 3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  4. 4. Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated on both sides.
