  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl. Add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter, stirring to combine.
  2. 2. In a separate large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Gently whisk the batter until just combined and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of batter onto the hot surface, forming small pancakes and cook until a light crust forms on the bottom.
