Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
- 2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture, leaving about 1/4 inch at the edges.
- 3. Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon over the cheese layer and add chopped parsley if desired.
- 4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape and repeat with remaining tortillas.
- 5. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 6. Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
