Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large apples, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel and chop 3 apples, mixing with lemon juice and butter, and set aside.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.
  4. 4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the apple mixture.
  5. 5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. 6. Scoop heaping spoonfuls onto the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
