Ingredients
2 medium zucchini, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice for serving

Instructions
1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, trim off the ends, and slice them into approximately 0.5 cm thick rounds.
2. In a medium bowl, place the zucchini slices and drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and oregano. Mix well to coat evenly.
3. Preheat your air fryer if required.
4. Lay zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
5. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
