Description

A cozy, no-fuss weeknight dish that combines tender egg noodles with savory browned beef and a creamy mushroom sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat.
  3. 3. Drain excess fat.
  4. 4. Stir in the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Bring to a simmer.
