Delicious and easy-to-make pizza bombs filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, perfect for game day or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 8 equal squares.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each dough square and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. 6. Place the sealed pizza bombs on a greased baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. 7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. 8. Let cool slightly before serving with extra ranch dressing and remaining chopped green onions.
