Description

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Zucchini, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine chicken mince, panko breadcrumbs, grated zucchini, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until combined.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties, ensuring they are uniformly sized for even cooking.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  4. 4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Place the rissoles in the basket in a single layer.
