Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. Prepare proteins and vegetables: Shred the cooked chicken and crumble the cooked bacon. Wash and chop the romaine, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, add the cooled rotini, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan. Toss gently.
