Description
A simple and convenient way to prepare a warm meal without spending hours in the kitchen.
Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken (thighs or breasts)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)

Instructions
1. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
4. Add the mixed vegetables.
5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together.
