Description

A quick and satisfying dish combining tender ground beef, a creamy sauce, and hearty egg noodles, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. 4. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. 5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
