Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
