Description
A delicious low-carb chicken casserole packed with protein and flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of the cheddar cheese.
3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir until everything is well coated.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
