Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (such as egg noodles or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
