  • 1 pound diced chicken breast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
