Description

Delicious and fun snacks that encapsulate all the flavors of a classic pepperoni pizza in a poppable form, ideal for parties and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and set aside.
  3. 3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each piece, then flatten them slightly.
  4. 4. In the center of each dough round, place mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices.
  5. 5. Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to seal, then roll into a ball shape.
  6. 6. Place the sealed balls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the seasoned butter mixture on top.
  7. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with marinara or ranch dip.
