Description

These Tiramisu brownies combine rich chocolate flavors with creamy mascarpone topping for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • Powdered cocoa for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
