Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Ingredients: Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, and grease your baking pan with soft butter.
  2. 2. Create the Batter: Whisk the flour, milk, poppy seeds, 10 g of sugar, and a pinch of salt with the egg yolks until smooth.
  3. 3. Whip the Egg Whites: Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, then gradually add the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter to maintain airiness.
  5. 5. Bake in Airfryer: Pour the batter into the greased pan, place in the preheated air fryer at 180°C, and cook for around 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Finishing Touches: Remove from the air fryer, dust generously with powdered sugar, and serve warm with toppings.
