Fluffy Soft Focaccia from the Air Fryer

Description
A simple and quick recipe for fluffy soft focaccia, easily made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
250 g all-purpose flour (Type 405)
200-220 ml lukewarm water
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for greasing and drizzling)
1 tsp salt
4 g dry yeast (1 heaping teaspoon)
Toppings of your choice (e.g., herbs, sea salt, veggies)

Instructions
1. Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Slowly add 200 ml of lukewarm water and mix until the dough is wet and sticky.
3. If the dough is too firm, add more water gradually until it’s soft.
4. Drizzle in olive oil and mix until incorporated.
5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
6. Gently fold the dough over itself 4-6 times.
7. Let it rise again for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
8. Transfer the dough to a greased air fryer pan.
9. Drizzle olive oil on top and add desired toppings.
10. Let it sit for 15 minutes while preheating the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
11. Air fry for 12-14 minutes, checking for doneness.
12. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
