  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix it with eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just blended; avoid overmixing.
