Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
  3. 3. Toss in the minced garlic and finely chopped onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, until the onion is softened and the garlic is fragrant and golden.
  4. 4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together to coat the beef in the flavorful spices.
  5. 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Add the uncooked bowtie pasta, making sure the noodles are submerged in the liquid.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the skillet with a lid, and let the pasta cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  7. 7. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water or broth.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
