Deliciously soft and fluffy garlic bread rolls, perfect as a side dish or a snack.
Ingredients
4 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 cup whole or 2% milk (warmed to 110°F)
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 beaten egg, for brushing the tops
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Flaky sea salt (for finishing)

Instructions
1. Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a 9×13 pan and set it aside.
2. In a small pot, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then take off the heat and cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warmed milk, egg, and garlic butter. Knead on low speed until smooth and tacky, about 10-12 minutes.
4. Cut the kneaded dough into 12 equal portions, shape them into balls and place in the prepared pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
6. Brush rolls with egg wash, then bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
7. While baking, prepare garlic butter by melting butter with minced garlic. Once rolls are baked, brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
