  • 2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces, rinsing the broccoli, and mincing the garlic.
  2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, season the chicken, and sear in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
