Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet, stirring until the butter melts and garlic becomes fragrant.
  5. 5. Slice the rested steaks and add them back to the skillet. Stir everything to combine and heat through.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
