Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in the rice and mix well.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
