Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. 4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  6. 6. Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until they are pink and cooked through.
