A quick and delectable dish that combines succulent shrimp with zesty garlic and crispy parmesan, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely, remove shells, and devein if necessary. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
3. In a medium bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed garlic and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
4. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil until fully coated.
5. Dip each shrimp into the Parmesan-Panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
6. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for a few minutes.
7. Arrange shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
8. Garnish shrimp with fresh parsley and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
