  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
