Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and peel the potatoes, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the potato pieces, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
