Description

Glazed carrots are a delicious and simple side dish that combines the sweetness of carrots with butter, brown sugar, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. 4. Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
