Description

Golden brown, crispy air fryer potato wedges that are fluffy on the inside and deliciously seasoned.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Scrub the potatoes under running water and cut them lengthwise into wedges about ½ inch thick.
  2. 2. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. 3. Drain and pat the wedges dry with paper towels.
  4. 4. In a bowl, combine the wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. 6. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Shake the basket or flip the wedges, then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot with your favorite dips.
