Description
Golden brown, crispy air fryer potato wedges that are fluffy on the inside and deliciously seasoned.
Ingredients
2 pounds Russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Scrub the potatoes under running water and cut them lengthwise into wedges about ½ inch thick.
2. Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
3. Drain and pat the wedges dry with paper towels.
4. In a bowl, combine the wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
6. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
7. Shake the basket or flip the wedges, then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
8. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot with your favorite dips.
